DRUMMING FOR FUN AND RELAXATION
Weds 2nd March & 6th April 2011. 7:15pm – 9:15pm. Cost: £10 per evening
Join me for a fun evening of rhythm and drumming at the Pierian Centre.
We’ll be playing some rhythm games, having a look at technique, playing multi-part rhythms, improvising and making up our own music using drums and percussion.
Suitable for all abilities. All drums supplied. Numbers are limited as the acoustics of the room do not suit a very large group.

MANAGING RETIREMENT AFTER THE ABOLITION OF THE DEFAULT RETIREMENT AGE (DRA)

The government have now confirmed that the Default Retirement Age (DRA) is to be abolished. Our seminar will help you understand the implications of the abolition of the DRA. It takes place before the last date on which notice of compulsory retirement can be given without penalty, (30th March 2011). Attendance is free of charge but places are limited and allocation is a on a first come, first served basis (limited to two places per employer).
Rupert Scrase - Rupert is a solicitor and Principal of Scrase Employment Solicitors. He is an experienced Employment Tribunal advocate with a particular interest in discrimination claims.
